At Mrs. Sippy, everything revolves around innovation and creativity. Every three months, we launch a completely new menu, each time with a unique theme that is reflected not only in our cocktails but also in our carefully selected wines and beers. This ensures that with every visit, you’ll discover something new, whether you’re opting for a refined cocktail, a glass of wine, or a craft beer.
We pour a lot of passion and energy into crafting these seasonal menus, with cocktails presented in a fresh and original way each time. Think of themes like films, childhood, or exotic travel destinations—each accompanied by a unique selection of drinks that perfectly match the theme.
Curious about what the next theme will be? Let yourself be surprised and discover the refreshing flavours of our bar time and time again!

Since ’23
Meet Keith Cuveele, a 38-year old bartender, cocktail-enthousiast, awardwinning beerpourer, hospitality specialist, and most important of all, the big brain of Mrs. Sippy.

Keith has started his journey in The Pharmacy in Knokke, where he found his passion for cocktails, together with the family Van Ongevalle. In 2017 he made Sprezza big in Kortrijk together with Hannah Van Ongevalle. In 2019 he became head-bartender for Volta in Gent. After gaining all this experience and knowledge, he knew it was time for him to move on to something bigger, his own bar. Starting the search in 2020 for the perfect place, he finally landed in his home-town at the Markt of Waregem with his own bar called Mrs. Sippy.
